I MISS my kids craft classes so much! I cant wait to have slime and pizza all over the floor—- I promise not to complain. Until we can comfortably gather again we will craft via fb live.
Thursday afternoon we are making the jellyfish pictured below.
Seersuckergypsy is a vendor marketplace that was founded in 2015 by Hartsville native, Roxie Gardner. Since childhood, Roxie has always envisioned herself as a small business owner and she knew that she wanted to give back to her community in a unique and special way. After graduating from the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham, she and her husband decided it was time to move back to Hartsville and plant their roots while also becoming actively involved in the revitalization of downtown.
In 2012 Roxie started a jewelry line called Seersuckergypsy. Her jewelry is eclectic, southern, vintage, recycled, custom and unique. After the positive responses from customers nationwide from her online business, she found the inspiration to open a store in Hartsville, SC. The support from the community has been outstanding and her determination and hard work made her dream become a reality.
Seersuckergypsy is the perfect venue for unique artists, craftsmen and entrepreneurs to sell their items while testing the market for new products. Locals and tourists love to wander through our aisles of handmade, recycled and refurbished treasures. Currently over 30 artisans, entrepreneurs and retailers occupy 2,800 square feet of Seersuckergypsy. Together, they create a unique selection of handcrafted jewelry, home accessories, essential oils, photography, furniture, fine art, antique collectibles, apparel, bath/healthcare, sculptures and other local products. We also provide a venue that houses birthday parties, craft events, art classes and more.
